Puma Japan is back again with another new release and as per usual their attention to detail and quality finishes are present for this Holiday Takumi pack featuring two models. There are two mock-ups each for the made in Japan Hiker Mid NBK & Stepper WKB which feature materials specially chosen for their cold weather qualities.
Hiker Mid NKB
Constructed in thick premium suede upper the Hiker Mid which is based on the Suede Mid includes d-ring eyelets and rope style laces usually reserved for hiking boot, wool collar and leather lining. They sit upon a Vibram outsole which is usually reserved for high-end menswear shoes.
Stepper WKB
The second part of the pack features the Stepper model which has also had the premium details applied throughout. A combination of lluxurious pebble leather and wool on the formstripe & collar has been applied with additional details including metal eyelets and a padding interior to give them a lavish yet comfortable form. Both models come in brown and black version and are currently available through selected Japanese outlets.

This post is a great throwback to Puma’s premium craftsmanship. The quality and detailing on these suede puma shoes really stand out. Appreciate Shoebacca for making heritage styles like this available to today’s sneaker lovers.
